In the Jokinen Konu Shop you can purchase products with secure bank transfers or with Klarna’s payment services. We offer free shipping for over 100€ orders in Finland with Posti’s services. Your order is delivered to the nearest post office or parcel locker.
Shipping in Finland: Free for orders over 100 €. Otherwise 5,90 €

Return Policy
Jokinen Konu Shop products always have a 14-day return policy right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Law. The product must be unused and in the condition where it is received, with all parts (including packaging and instruction manual) of the product stored. You must return the product in its original packaging or packed in a similar way.
The full amount of your returned item will be refunded to your bank or credit card account in accordance with your payment method. The payment will be refunded as soon as we have received and verified the returned product.
If the product is damaged during shipping, take photos of both the damaged package and the product, and send pictures and order information to us. We will send you a new product or return your money back.
Return cost (in the case of a product not damaged during transport):
The return is carried out at the customer’s own expense.
