Our Services
Designing the exhibition concept/ event appearance
A well-planned exhibition concept stands out and remains memorable. At best, the fair concept can be re-used at several fairs or events.
Visualization of the stand
Often it is necessary to present a visualization for the exhibition organizer. From us you get a realistic 3D-visualization of the exhibition stand.
Designing the graphic elements
We also design the graphic elements, such as the colour scheme, the placement of brand elements (such as the logo) and infographics for the stand.
Designing the exhibition stand’s structures
You will receive 3D plans and drawings of the stand’s structures, which make it easy to implement the department or tender the builder.
Furniture & accessories
We create unique and personalized exhibition stand designs, completed with carefully chosen furniture, lighting, and other decorative elements like plants.
Material listing (making a shopping list)
We prepare a list of building materials and other things, such as furniture, that are needed for the exhibition stand. With the help of the “shopping list” the implementation of the exhibition stand is easy!
Quotation
Based on our plan, we prepare a cost estimate for the implementation of the exhibition stand on a case-by-case basis. We can help in choosing a fair builder from our partner network or from outside it. From our extensive partner network of trade fair builders, there are implementers for all kinds of trade fair stands all over Finland. If necessary, we also help with tendering for the fair builder.
What does it cost?
The design cost of the exhibition stand is influenced by, for example, the size of the department, the structural complexity and the extent of the necessary design services.
Small stand (less than 9 m2) from €999 + VAT.
Medium -sized stand (9-15 m2) from €1 999 + VAT.
Large stand (over 15 m2) from €2 999 + VAT.
